TEXTILE GROUP - In Stitches

The sewing / textile group known as In Stitches has a new venue The Station Gallery, Platform 1, Nuneaton Railway Station CV11 4BU. We meet on the 2nd Monday of each month, from 10am-12 noon.

The stitch group has worked with textile artist Zara Day to create an exciting celebration tablecloth. The tablecloth was designed by local artist Alisha Miller and is based on her observations of the volunteers and user groups of the Chilvers Coton Heritage Centre. The purpose is to recognise the wonderful contributions that the voluneers give to our community and the wealth of heritage that can be found there. Incidentally the centre is also where the Treacle Tarts meet.
