Due to Covid-19 and government guidelines, our programme for 2021 may have to be amended.

6 OCTOBER - Annual Meeting - Choose Your Team for 2021 followed by Sam Durrani - Stunt Man.  Find out what it is like to be stunt man. His film and TV work include Transformers 5, The Legend of Tarzan, The Crown, Luther and many more.

3 NOVEMBER - GIRES (Gender Identity Research & Education Society) come and listen to Larna - her journey with transgenderism.

DECEMBER - A Christmas Afternoon Tea with Baroness Bolsover.  "Jam or Cream first?  Everyone loves a traditional Afternoon Tea but do you really know how to use your napkins, which way to stir your tea or how to eat your scones correctly?  Never fear, Baroness Bolsover is here to help us on our way.  With light-hearted banter the Baroness will demonstrate the essentials of Victorian Tea Etiquette showing us how to become the Crème de le Crème before tucking into our treats, making a truly special Afternoon Tea party.


5 JANUARY - Your Future, Your Choice!  Make your selection on the Resolution you feel should go forward to the National Annual Meeting in June with a Cheese & Wine supper.

2 FEBRUARY- Evening to be Confirmed

2 MARCH - A Journey Through Glass with Di Vernon   Have a smashing time with our very own local glass maker.

6 APRIL - Belles of Three Spires  Be entertained by a female barber shop troupe.

4 MAY - Spring Stretch  Enjoy a yoga session

1 JUNE - Social Event 

6 JULY Tai Chi Taster Session   Have a go at a taster session with our very own Tart, Anne Taylor.

3 AUGUST - Annual Bike Ride  There is no formal meeting this month but for those wishing to take part please feel free to join us for our annual bike ride.

7 SEPTEMBER - A Taste of Nepal  A Nepalese cooking demonstration with local Nepalese chef, Vinod Shrestha.

5 OCTOBER - Choose Your Team.  Vote for your President followed by a Beetle Drive.

2 NOVEMBER - Punk Choir  Sing like a banshee with Wayne Hibbins

7 DECEMBER - Sequins, Glamour & Glitz  A evening to remember with a local drag queen.

Treacle Barks Walking Group

Wednesday 4 November, CANCELLED due to the new government guidelines concerning COVID-19.  Please watch this space for updates.

Cycling Group 

CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE due to current government COVID-19 guidelines.  This group is for beginners and novices.  Join us on the first Saturday of each month, 10.00am outside Nuneaton Library.  You will need a road worthy bike and a cycling helmet to take part. 

Due to government guidelines in relation to Covid-19, please contact either Corinne Davies (corine.davies@ntlworld.com) or Anita Dudley (a-dudley@hotmail.co.uk) to confirm your place on either of the above events.  This is so we can arrange the groups accordingly.  We appreciate your co-operation.


Under the current government guidelines, we will not be serving refreshments at our WI meetings.  But do please feel free to bring your own.  Remember, that unfortunately at this time, you will not be allowed to share your goodies with other members.
